Multifunction Mill Model LZ-270

           The multifunction machinery equipment made of stainless steels is a newly developed and designed product by the factory. The mainframe adopts frequency stepless speed governor, featuring easy operation, Iow noise and ease in cleaning and maintaining. It is in conformity with GMP and widely applied in the industry like pharmacy, foodstuff, cosmetics and so on. It subtly joints with different screens and mixing blades through a transmission mechanism in order to palletize the wet materials in pressing and to shape the granules, and to grind and shape the dry materials into granules. In pressing and palletizing the screen works as a stator, the mixing blade as an impeller, while the pressure produces in rotating in order to continuously extrude the wet materials out from the screen holes,continuously granulating the wet materials from gi'anules into column ones, featuring close quality, little fine powder and lowering in bsorbing humidity.    

The function principles of dry shaping granules are same to the above mentioned. It only needs to change special screens and mixing blades. The granules are characterized by equality, little fine powder and fine fluidness. It takes the mixing blade as stator and the screen as impeller in wet shaping granules. The centrifugal force produces while the screen is rotating at a high speed to extrude the small granules out from the inferior screen holes. While it can keep the smaller granules from being damaged by the outside force into fine, the bigger ones move onto the top of screens and are extruded out from the screen holes after being shaped into sma, Il granules, in fine shaping effects, featuring little fine powder, loose construction and ease of dry.
