USAGE HTD series Post Bin Blender can automatically finish the whole processing of lifting,mixing and falling,etc.It is desirable mixing equipment in pharmaceutical industry for solid dosage production.Meanwhile,it is widely used in such area as raw medicine material industry,foodstuff industry and chemical industry,etc.
PRINCIPLE HTD series Post Bin Blender consists of shelf,rotary frame,driving system,braking system,lifting system and PLC control system,etc.Put the bin into the rotary frame and lock bolt.Starting the PLC system,the bin is automatically lifted to the required height and fixed reliably.The driving system starts to work and mix according to time and speed assigned in advance.When mixing craft is over,rotary frame stop vertically,and automatically fall to the ground.The working cycle finished.The printer types the entire craft data automatically and reliable.Then loosen lock bolt of rotary frame,and pull the bin out of the rotary frame to the next procedure.
FEATURES HTd series Post Bin Blender is the brand-new successfully type by our company widely researching,absorbing and digesting foreign updated models.Applying PLC automatic controlling system,it has steady performance and is convenient to operate.There is no dead angle,no concave-convex face and no screw on surface.All angles are cambered.The surface outside and inside is polished to high quality.Roughness degree inside is Ra≤0.2μm,and outside is Ra≤0.4μm.Applying sealing appliance made of silicon latex on the cover of the bin to gain a good airproof quality.Especially designed with discharging valve,which is easy to wash,against wrong way operation,and gains a good airproof quality,and flexible operation.The mixing coefficiency reaches to 99%,and charging coefficient ranges from 50% to 80%.It's in conformity with the GMP requirement.
