Introduction:
C&C series capsule polisher is a kind of capsule polisher with function of sorter. It plays the function of not only polishing capsule and tablet but also eliminating static electricity. Meanwhile, It can also automatically reject low weight capsule,loose piece and fragments of capsules. It is suitable for all sizes of capsules without changing parts.
Working principle:
1:Capsule Polisher transports capsule-filled into polishing flume entrance A
2: The rotary brush brings capsules from entrance B to net cylinder C
3. In the net cylinder D, capsules are brushed and dedusted. The loose piece and fragments are retrieved by vacuum sucker E .
4: Capsules are send to the outlet of cylinder F by brush
5. In the sorter installation g, clean compressed air collects low weight capsule, loose piece and fragments of capsules to the collecter H
6.The pressure of the compressed air is shown on the filter-decompressed valve meter I and can be adjusted according to different requirement.
7.The qualified capsules are ejected via outlet J
